We celebrate nature and the abundance it provides. Through organic, regenerative farming practices, along with traditional fermentation, we grow food that nourishes the body, cares for the land, and reengages us with one another and the wisdom of our ancestors. 

Our approach is guided by the principles of hwa (화), jeong (정), and sīla (실라)—harmony, deep connection, and mindful integrity. Hwa represents the natural balance we strive for—between people and the land, past and future, growth and sustainability. Jeong reflects the bonds we cultivate through food, farming, and shared traditions, while sīla reminds us to act with integrity and care in all we do. 

Farming and fermentation have long been ways for us to preserve nourishment and bring people together. We believe that food is medicine—not just for our bodies, but for our relationships with the land and each other. By embracing slow, intentional approaches we honor natural processes and hope to offer an alternative to the rush and scarcity that define much of the modern food system.

Meet the Farmer

Megan Storm is a South Korean-American adoptee and beginning farmer. Her first career focused on supporting independent natural winemakers who practiced biodynamic agriculture and low-intervention fermentation methods. From 2017-2023, she advanced equity in food systems with the City of Philadelphia and provided capacity building support for community and faith-based food access and urban agriculture programs. She is a co-founder and organizer with the Greater Philly Small Growers Collective.

Our Land

For centuries, the lands on which we farm today were home to and cared for by the Indigenous peoples of the Susquehannock and Lenapehoking  (Lenni-Lenape) Tribes.
